Corporate Secretarial Services
Maintenance of corporate minutes, filing of returns, allotments and other notices to the companies’ registry and other regulatory bodies. We support the corporate transactions undertaken by Lindo Legal or other professionals undertaking corporate transactions on your behalf in furtherance of regulatory approval or listing on the capital market.
DPO and DPO Representative Services
We act as your nominated data protection officer through the provision of out-sourced DPO services. If you already have a DPO, we can act as the local Jamaican DPO (DPO representative) to allow for fulfilment of this statutory obligation under our laws. As your Jamaican DPO representative, we assist with breach notification and local filings on behalf of your DPO.
Incorporation & Registration of Companies
Incorporation of Companies and Registration of Overseas Companies under the Companies Act of Jamaica. We assist with the maintenance of records such as the beneficial ownership records and training on corporate governance best practices post registration.
